  • Learning Partner Scholarships: Waldorf University partners with numerous associations, companies, and organizations to provide these Learning Partners with a 10 percent tuition discount and a special scholarship program exclusively for Learning Partners. Applications are accepted year-round and there are 6 award period per year.
  • AFSA Scholarships: Waldorf University is a proud partner with the Air Force Sergeants Association and offers several scholarships to AFSA members.
  • American Gold Star Mothers, Inc. Patriot Scholarship: Waldorf University honors those who have made the ultimate sacrifice by offering an annual scholarship to members and associate members of American Gold Star Mothers (AGSM). 
  • Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation Scholarship: Waldorf offers those employees of the Atlanta Fire Department the opportunity to apply for this annual scholarship to fund a degree related to fire or emergency services. Applications open April 1 and close on August 31.
  • BCOC Chief Michael O'Neal Randolph Scholarship: The Black Chief Officers Committee and Waldorf University have partnered to present an annual scholarship to a BCOC member who exudes excellence in their community. Applications for this scholarship are to be submitted directly to the BCOC for selection. Applications are open from early January through Late March. 
  • Chantell Cooley Women in Leadership Scholarship: Waldorf University honors women in and working towards leadership roles within their organizations and community through an annual scholarship for women in leadership. Applications open March 1 and close August 31. 
  • CSX Accelerate Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded annually to CSX employees who are looking to progress in their career and want a degree to help them do just that. Applications open on May 1 and close on September 30.
  • Delta Lift Scholarship: Each year Waldorf University grants one Delta Airlines employee a scholarship to the program of their choice to help their career take flight! Applications open on May 1 and close on November 30.
  • Hero Behind the Hero Scholarship: 4 times a year Waldorf presents one spouse or child of a military service member and one spouse or child of a public service professional with a scholarship to attend Waldorf University. 
  • IAPFC Lt. Eric Hosette Memorial Scholarship: The Iowa Association of Professional Fire Chiefs and Waldorf University offer, annually, one scholarship to any active member in good standing of a State, County, Municipal, Community, Industrial, Tribal, or Federal Fire Department within the State of Iowa who has obtained a firefighter certification recognized by the Iowa Fire Service Training Bureau. 
  • Ignite Education Scholarship: This scholarship empowers the firefighters of tomorrow for the future of community risk reduction by ensuring fire rescue professionals have the tools and knowledge needed to support and protect the communities they serve. This annual scholarship is open to anyone working in the field of fire services. This scholarship opens April 1 and closes August 31.
  • Ithlokomeleng Batho Rehabilitation Centre (IBRC) Scholarship: Waldorf University, in partnership with the Ithlokomeleng Batho Rehabilitation Centre, presents the IBRC Scholarship, awarded to any affiliated member who demonstrates leadership qualities in his or her current performance of duty and shows great potential for increased leadership roles.
  • Military Firefighter Heritage Foundation Memorial Scholarship: Waldorf University is pleased to announce its partnership with the Military Firefighter Heritage Foundation to be awarded to a deserving Department of Defense Firefighter (Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, or Civilian). This award will be presented to one individual who demonstrates leadership qualities in his or her current performance of duty and shows great potential for increased leadership roles and promotion through the DOD Fire Emergency Services System.
  • National Volunteer Fire Council Scholarship: The Waldorf University NVFC Scholarship is presented annually to an individual who demonstrates a passion for education and development, a love for professional community service, and the desire to achieve their educational goals. Applications open January 2 and close March 31, annually.
  • New York City Fire Department Scholarships: Waldorf University proudly offers two annual scholarships to employees of the FDNY - one for those seeking an undergraduate degree (open April 15 - May 31) and a second for those seeking a Master's degree (open October 1 - November 30).
  • Protector’s Promise Scholarship: Enabling Law Enforcement Education: Waldorf University wants to support our active-duty law enforcement by ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to support and protect the communities they serve. This annual scholarship is open to any active-duty law enforcement officer seeking a law enforcement related Bachelors or Masters degree. Applications open on March 1 and close on October 31.
  • SAFE Association Al Loving Scholarship: Waldorf University honors the SAFE Association with an annual scholarship for one member or volunteer of the SAFE Association who demonstrates a passion for education and development.  Applications are open October 1 and close on December 31, 2024.
  • Shuckers Warrior Scholarship: Waldorf University and the Biloxi Shuckers have partnered to offer this scholarship to any employee, volunteer, spectator, or fan of the Biloxi Shuckers. Applications open April 1 and close July 30.

    Waldorf University is proud to partner with Scholarships America to provide educational opportunities for potential students across the country. As a member of the Scholarships America Tuition Reduction Network, offers discounts on our already low tuition rates to Scholarships America consumers.

  • U.S. Navy Nurse Candidate Program
    The Navy offers a program for current or future student's pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. Program participants receive a $1,000 monthly stipend and a $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 up front and then another $5,000 six months later) and are guaranteed a job in the Navy Nurse Corps after graduation.
