On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the NAIA announced the 2026 NAIA Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. To qualify as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificated for their sport, and have attended the institution for at least one full year.

Waldorf University made a memorable debut on the national stage at the NCA College Nationals, earning a third-place finish in its first-ever appearance at the prestigious competition. Competing against a strong field of six programs, Waldorf University proved it belonged among the nation's top collegiate teams by finishing in the winners circle with an impressive performance.

Eve Seedorff, a sophomore from Janesville, Iowa, earned the GPAC's Field Athlete of the Week for Women's Outdoor Track and Field.

The Waldorf Warriors competed in the GPAC Championships held in Orange City, Iowa on March 6th.

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) released the 2026 All-Conference Women's Basketball teams. Cloey Dmytruk and Charlotte Mills received Honorable Mention recognition.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) released the 2026 All-Conference Women's Wrestling teams. Mackenzie Gilbert, Niah Smith, and Renee Miguel earned All-Conference Second Team. Neve Barragan and Skyler Bruno received Honorable Mention recognition.

On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the Midwest College Hockey Conference (MCH) released the 2025-2026 All-League Teams and All-Rookie Team. Jaden Aguilera earned a spot on the MCH All-Rookie Team.

The Waldorf Women's Wrestling team traveled to Hastings College for the GPAC Conference Tournament on Saturday, February 28. The team finished in 4^th place, scoring 90 points. Four wrestlers placed in the top 3 of their weight class, and three earned spots in the NAIA National Tournament.
