Waldorf University requires that all international residential students pay half of their first semester, out-of-pocket costs before receiving their I-20 documents. The tuition deposit is applied to a student's account for the first semester at the University. If the international student is staying on-campus then a $125 housing deposit is also required. The housing deposit acts as a dorm security deposit.

Students may use the following options to make a payment. The Business Office may be contact for any questions on how to pay these fees.

Check

Note: Manufacturers Bank and Trust in Forest City, Iowa, can only receive wire transfers from Bankers Bank in Madison, Wis. If your bank cannot wire directly to Wisconsin and needs to wire to another bank (on the East Coast, for example) that bank must forward it to Bankers Bank in order for it to arrive in Forest City. The bank charges a $15 fee for this service.

Payment Arrangements

Contact the business office by telephone 641.585.8135 or via email to find the best payment option for you. Generally, the amount owed to Waldorf (after financial aid) for a specific semester is due according to the following schedule:

  • Fall Semester: August 31
  • Spring Semester: January 31
  • Summer Semester: May 31

Payment arrangement options include the following:

  • Payment in Full: Payment is due August 31 for the fall semester balance. Payment is due January 31 for the spring semester balance.
  • Payment deferred over the semester: Payments will be accepted with a monthly one percent finance charge added to the student’s tuition account. This account must be paid in full to register for the following semester.
