Waldorf’s A.A. in Diversity and Inclusion degree is designed to explore the complex dynamics of workforce diversity. This program also examines the psychology of prejudice and discrimination, employment and labor law, and diverse perspectives related to gender, generation, race, religion, and ethnic culture.

Option to Continue Towards a Bachelor’s Degree

For students who may wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the future, the associate degree program is designed to prepare for entry into Waldorf’s bachelor’s degree programs with upper division standing. The coursework in this A.A. degree also satisfies the requirements for the Diversity and Inclusion concentration within Waldorf’s B.S. program in Organizational Leadership.

Estimated time to complete the Associate of Arts program is two years with full-time enrollment.
