Dr. Vince Beach has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Academic Affairs for Waldorf University. Dr. Beach earned a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in English at City University of New York, an M.A. in World Comparative Literature and a B.A. in Philosophy at San Francisco State University. He has served as Vice President of Academic Affairs at Lincoln College of New England (Southington, CT), as well as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at New Mexico State University Carlsbad (Community College Branch), and as Dean of School of Arts and Sciences at Mountain State University (Beckley, WV). His background also includes post-doctoral work at the Harvard Institute for Management and Leadership in Education, The Jepson School of Leadership Studies and the American Management Association. Dr. Beach is originally from Boulder, Colorado, he and his wife have four children.
