Timberland (2006) is named for Timberland Builders, the firm that partnered with Waldorf to provide apartment-style housing for upperclassmen, with preference given to juniors and seniors.
Timberland is a two-story building with four apartments on each floor. Each apartment has four single rooms, two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining areas, a washer and dryer (free laundry), wireless internet, and off-street parking adjacent to the building. Students will need to provide all furniture for the bedrooms, living room and dining room, dishes, cooking supplies and cleaning supplies for the apartment. This modern complex was built to allow juniors and seniors to experience independent, off-campus-style housing while still enjoying all the benefits of living on campus.
