There are 6 theme houses on campus used for student housing, which are assigned to upperclassmen: Veritax, Lux, Columbia, Warrior, Immanuel and Olson.

Houses are for students who are Sophomores or higher status based on credits.  A group of 4-7 students apply for a house each academic year, usually in Spring,  with a theme with their group and programming ideas.

Examples of Themes for houses:

• Self Care
• Honors
• Athletics & Intramurals
• Community Service.

Houses are offered to groups based on their application, the student’s academics, year in school, the size of their group, and the houses available that year. Each house is different, ranging from 2-5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a laundry room (free laundry). Student parking for theme houses is available in one of the student parking lots.
