Copies/Prints: material is provided by you, you just need copies/prints made. Less than 50 copies can/will be done in house and 48 busniess-hours minimum is needed. 50 or more will be outsourced and 7 business days minimum is needed.

Event Promotion: includes design, event coverage, Snapchat filter options and event calendar additions
Graphic Design: Flyer, Poster, Atrium Slides, signage, re-prints/re-order, etc.

Graphic Design
Please allow 7-10 business days for graphic design expertise in addition to a minimum 10-12 business days lead time that is required for all print requests. A minimum lead time of 4 weeks (not including weekends) is needed for direct mail requests.

If this is a brand new marketing initiative/project, there will be an additional 7-10 business days added to the lead time.

If there are no changes needed the lead time will be reduced.

Please keep in mind that the primary photographer lives 45+ minutes away from campus. Please make every effort to schedule photo ops within business hours.
A minimum two-week lead time is required for all video project requests.

You are required to create your own social media events and marketing will be happy to share that event on our Waldorf University platforms, once it's set up. We are happy to help you create graphics for your event posting, but we can not manage your social media platforms.
