Congratulations on your achievements at NIACC! Waldorf University is proud of its 100-year partnership with NIACC in providing educational excellence for the citizens of Northern Iowa.
In recognition of our relationship, we are pleased to offer a scholarship at Waldorf University – the Waldorf/NIACC Scholarship – created to enable you to complete your baccalaureate degree without taking on overwhelming debt.
The Waldorf/NIACC Scholarship
- Waldorf University Scholarship package exclusive to NIACC graduates
- Scholarship allows completion of a bachelor’s degree at Waldorf University at current NIACC full-time tuition rate
- Required completion of a bachelor’s degree in two consecutive years
- Required full-time enrollment
- Allowance of up to 17.5 credits per semester
- Additional grants/scholarships (federal, state, outside) may also be applied up to a balance of zero-dollars due

Get Involved!
Become more than just a face in the crowd. Campus activities are a great way for our students to connect. Live concerts, dances, plays, recitals, comedy acts and bands are just some of the campus activities available. Choose from more than 35 clubs and organizations such as student-managed campus media (TV, radio, newspaper, magazine), ministry groups, music ensembles, student government, theater groups, intramurals and athletics.
Performing Arts Opportunities
Waldorf offers a variety of performing arts opportunities! Join one of our Shakespearean productions or showcase your talents in one of our music groups such as the Waldorf Choir, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Band, Schola Cantorum and Wind Symphony.
Athletic Teams
Speaking of sports, the Waldorf Warriors Athletic Department offers a total of 21 men’s and women’s sports programs. Popular sports include baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, softball, hockey, soccer, esports and men’s and women’s wrestling; the latter program was a first for the state of Iowa.
