About this Event
Prove how much of a Warrior you are by setting a personal record on your squat, bench and/or deadlift.
This meet is open to the public and ALL are welcome!
A couple of reminders:
- This is a sanctioned event, meaning you can hold an official Iowa state or national record! Worlds for the ADFPF was held in Ireland last year, so there is an opportunity to qualify for other meets. Officially calibrated equipment and ADFPF judges will be present. Certificates can be provided if a record is set.
- You may register for one, two or all three lifts.
- There are age, gender, and weight classes, therefore, you will only be competing against others in your division.
- Medals will go out for best overall lifter, squat, bench and deadlift for both male and female.
