Master Sergeant (retired) Spradling is a decorated, 20-year Air Force veteran. Born in Birmingham, Ala., and raised in St. Louis, Mo., he joined the United States Air Force in 1992. He has a structural maintenance background on fighter aircraft such as the F-16 Falcon, A-10 Warthog, F-15 Strike Eagle, and numerous others. He instructed over 2000 hours at the Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technical School at NAS Pensacola, Fla., and served multiple deployments and tours in Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Afghanistan. Since retirement, Ron has served in many leadership roles within the business community, which led to his appointment as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce. He has also demonstrated his entrepreneurial acumen by launching, developing, and successfully selling several locally and regionally owned companies. Ron resides in Biloxi, Miss., with his wife, Patty, where they enjoy boating, fishing, and all the casinos along the Gulf Coast.

Born and Raised in Massachusetts, Chris started his degree in corporate sales right out of college. He continued his sales career at Pearson Education for 8 years and started off in inside sales before he was promoted to Sales Trainer. He received his M.S. in Sports Management at Texas A&M (Gig'em!) and became the Director of Sales at their sister campus Texas A&M- Commerce. He then moved to Des Moines because his Wife received a promotion, where for two years, he worked for Habitat for Humanity as their Donor Relations Manager. Now he is proudly working at Waldorf University!
