At Waldorf, we understand that you have a life. We want to help you live it while accomplishing your dreams of higher education. That's why we now offer a transcript request service that allows us to do the legwork for you. We will contact the prior colleges and/or universities you've attended to secure all the transcripts needed to make sure you receive maximum transfer credit.

The form listed below must be completed and signed in order to process your request. The "Request for Official Transcript" form is sent to each individual college or university to process your transcript request. Completed forms can be uploaded in the myWaldorf portal to expedite processing. Forms may also be faxed to 251-224-0573 or emailed to WAL-Transcripts@waldorf.edu.
