Full-time students can use a Waldorf laptop, or they may use their personal laptop while attending Waldorf. This section will provide students with information regarding the Waldorf network and how to obtain assistance or support for technology needs.
We are here to help you and take pride in providing quality technology support for the Waldorf community. The Waldorf Institutional Technologies department is located on the 3rd Floor of Salveson Hall.
Residential students experiencing network problems, please visit the IT Department on the 3rd Floor of Salveson Hall. Residential students may also receive help by calling 641.585.8150 during office hours, Mon.-Fri. from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., or 641.585.8155 after hours.

Waldorf IT Dept. Service Statement
“The Waldorf IT Department will provide hardware and software support so you may efficiently and effectively use technology at Waldorf. To accomplish that goal, we will proactively encourage two-way communications so that IT staff understands your needs, priorities and timelines and so that you understand the capabilities of the IT system and receive appropriate education and training to increase your self-sufficiency. As an academic and student-centered institution; first priority will be given to student and academic service needs.”
Campus Print Stations
There are several locations available for network printing on campus. The printing locations are provided below. Waldorf students use a program called Papercut to print on campus. Residential students receive a $25 printing balance at the beginning of each Fall/Spring Term. Any remaining balance from the previous term will roll over and be added to the $25 amount at the beginning of each term. The printing credit is a courtesy provided to residential students. The locations for network printing access are:
