Waldorf University Student Health & Counseling Services offices are located in the main floor of the Campus Center. Services are available at no additional charge to students who have paid their general fees to the university.
Health Services
Health Services is a walk-in clinic located in the Campus Center. If you would rather set up an appointment, you can email Nurse Mary at mathiasem@waldorf.edu or call 641.585.8157. Office hours are 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Health Services keeps online health records on Sportsware. All full-time residential students are required to create and maintain their health services record. For more information or create their account at Sportsware.

Counseling Services
The psychological counseling services at Waldorf University are available to give assistance with a wide range of personal problems which may interfere with a student's emotional well-being, academic success, or relationships with others. Free, confidential counseling is provided to assist in resolving the concerns of any student. Individual and group counseling are available by appointment. In addition, the counselors are available for consultation to student groups, as well as to faculty, staff, parents or friends who have a concern about a student.
The Counseling Service is located in the Campus Center, Office 105.
