Waldorf’s Graduate Certificate in Leadership provides an opportunity for students to examine leadership development, analyze organizational culture, and evaluate work teams. Students consider organizational behavior, influence, diagnosis, culture, and learning, to demonstrate how competency, research, and communication, can best inform leadership strategy and decisions to create a culture of civility.
