Waldorf’s A.A. in Health Care Management degree provides functional management knowledge and skills, including an overview of issues and challenges specific to the field of health care delivery. Emphasis of instruction is on developing the managerial knowledge and skills required to work in today’s regulated, complex healthcare field.
Option to Continue Towards a Bachelor’s Degree
For students who may wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the future, the associate degree program is designed to prepare for entry into Waldorf’s bachelor’s degree programs with upper division standing. The coursework in this degree program also satisfies the requirements for the Health Care Management concentration within Waldorf’s B.S. program in Organizational Leadership.
