It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Waldorf Theatre faculty member, Dr. Robert AuFrance, on Friday, October 9, 2026. His 24 years of service to Waldorf University represents a meaningful part of our community, his life, his work and his passion. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, students and colleagues during this difficult time. Full Obituary may be found here.

Mary Carlson Johnson, class of 1958, lived a life marked by faith, kindness, and a deep and enduring love for Waldorf University. Waldorf was not simply a chapter in her story — it was the place where her lifelong journey with William “Bill” Johnson began, also class of 1958, and where her commitment to service, community, and faith took root.
